* New Children's Church
We need volunteers with a heart for children to help with our all new Sunday
morning Children's Church service. See Johnny Hester or Christy Alday.

* New Nursery
We need committed volunteers with a heart for children to help in our Nursery.
See Tonya Pipkin or Christy Alday.

* Wrapped and Covered Ministry
Wrapped and Covered is a ministry that provides prayer blankets for families
that have prayer needs concerning children. We give blankets to children who
have extended hospital stays, mothers with high-risk pregnancies and families
trying to adopt. We also provide blankets to the Ronald McDonald House in
Macon, Georgia. We rely on the power of prayer to provide families with
healing, comfort, strength, hope and joy during their time of need. Many
different types of blankets are made. No-sew fleece blankets are popular with
many of our blankets-makers, while crocheted and quilted blankets are made as
well. As we make the blankets, we pray for the specific needs of the families who
will receive them. (Philippians 4: 6-7) If you're interested in helping with this

* G.R.O.W. Program
G.R.O.W. is an acronym that stands for God Rewards Our Work. G.R.O.W. is a
proactive outreach program geared towards getting outside our church to reach
people in our local community with information about our church and to share
the Gospel message and God's love. Volunteers commit to one night per month to
meet on a Wednesday night at 6:30 pm at the Church. As a member of a
G.R.O.W. team you can choose to visit some one, call, or write a letter to our
visitors and others each week as well as those who need encouragement and
prayer.

* Choir
Our Sunday Morning Choir needs you! If you can sing or even if you can't, we still
need you in the choir! Choir Practice is every Sunday at 4:30 pm and we could
use a few more singing voices. If you're interested in joining please see Melody

* Sunday School Teachers
If you have an interest in being a Sunday School Teacher we have the perfect
opportunity for you to make a difference in our church. See Tim Sizemore or
Mike Arnold for more information.

* Prayer Ministry
Prayer is an essential part of the Christian life (1 Thessalonians 5:17, Phillipians
4:6) and prayer is a vital ministry to our church. Be a part of this ministry by
volunteering for one of our Prayer Teams or Prayer Chains or joining our weekly
Prayer Meeting on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm.

- Prayer Teams. Each Sunday during the morning service, our Prayer Teams pray
for all of the prayer requests we receive. Please sign up on the list in the foyer
if you would like to be added to our list of prayer teams. If you have any

- Prayer Chains. Our prayer chains pray throughout the week for requests and
needs we receive and in urgent situations. If you'd like to join a prayer chain
please call Patsy Pate at 956-4341.
